As for the latest updates…

Chapter Seven of Hope Is Emo is now up!  Just visit Hopeisemo.com, or subscribe to Hope Is Emo through itunes.  It’s free to subscribe, and you can find Hope Is Emo under “Top 100 Podcasts.”

MADtv is now in full-swing.  Our third episode is this Saturday, 9/30/06.  FOX, 11pm/10pm CST.  This episode is full of fun stuff, including a parody of The Dixie Chicks’ “Not Ready to Make Nice.”

That’s it for now, but be sure to check back often for updates.

Hello Crista,

I know I’m a week late with this, but I must say that I enjoyed so much of Episode 1203.  The Dixie Chicks parody was brilliant, in terms of both the song and the video.  The Hooters sketch was also very funny.  But I felt that the real highlight of the night was your musical performance at the end.  You singlehandedly carried that sketch, and it turned out great.  You had me laughing out loud when you pretended to be gasping for air and when you had to dance so fast at the end.  Well done!

Best of luck with the rest of the season, and keep the smash hits coming!

Yeah, new season’s amazing, long time fan wink Keep up the good work, There are very few talented women comedians out there, so It’s nice to see a good comedian like yourself on MADtv.

Oh, lovin hope is emo too, I just wrote an article on my comedy website about emo kids, and some guy read it and asked me if I was inspired by “hopeisemo.com.” I was like, what the hell, I didn’t steal the idea, then I saw your site. I lolled, good work, it’s hilarious.
